Join us for weeding and mulching at our ongoing demo project at the Thurston County Corrections Facility (formerly ARC). So far we have planted over 4,500 shrubs, ornamental grasses, and ground covers. This prevents polluted runoff from going directly to the storm-drains, then into salmon-bearing Percival Creek. This site also serves as a demonstration garden for water-wise planting.

The event runs from 4:30 - 7:30pm, but you're welcome to join us whenever you're able, for however long you're able. We will follow our COVID safety protocols. Co-sponsored with Stream Team.
